Most of the projects that are focusing on Nodes have their limitations regarding sustainability. We’ll cover some of them and how NostraCity will try and fix them:

The problem with most Node projects

• They promise infinite APR from a finite reward pool

• The team and marketing get paid in tokens

• The protocol promotes selling pressure instead of buying pressure

How some projects will try to fix this

• Cutting rewards

• Making the node rewards time or payout limited

How NostraCity will fix it:

• External value-add by heavily investing in other protocols. Goal is to reach 75% of treasury invested in yield-bearing stable farms or higher potential investments.

• Low daily emissions for sustainability.

• Development of algorithm to reflect treasury.
