📌Get Started - Tutorial

Pre-requisites:

• Supported browsers: Brave, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Chromium. (Safari and Internet Explorer browsers are not currently supported).

• A crypto-wallet such as Metamask, Trusted Wallet, etc.

• Avalanche Mainnet connected in your wallet. (Click here to read instructions).

  ADVICE: Create a new clean address for interacting with the protocol.

• Enough AVAX in your wallet address for gas fees. (0.06 AVAX per mint → click here to track gas fee)

• Enough DAI in your wallet address for the amount you want to purchase NFTs (at least 200 DAI).

Steps

1. Go to our Website: https://nostracity.com/

2. Click on “Play” button.

3. Connect the Wallet to the protocol (MetaMask, Trusted Wallet, etc.)

   ADVICE: Create a new address for the protocol and use this new address for interacting with the protocol.

4. Click on a business on the map (the pins).

5. Analyze the business information.

6. Check other businesses on the map.

7. Choose a business to support (to buy your NFT and vote).

8. Open the business from the map.

9. Click on the cash register to buy your NFT and vote for that specific business.

10. Choose how many Tomatoes (Grocery Store), Scissors (Barbershop) or Coffees (Diner) you want to mint.

11. Click on the “Approve” button to approve the NFT contract, spend the DAI from your wallet and accept the the transaction in your wallet (Metamask pop-up).

12. Click on the “MINT” button and approve the transaction from the MetaMask pop-up.

13. The DAI from your wallet address is sent to the contract.

14. The NFTs are minted and transferred to your wallet address.

BE PATIENT: these transactions take some minutes to execute. Don’t refresh the browser or click on any buttons to ensure no issues are prompted.

After you have acquired the NFTs you can:

• See the businesses’ rank in the competition (click on the Trophy in the map).

• See all the NFTs you own by clicking on “My NFTs” button.

• Meet up with your Family on Discord: http://discord.gg/nostracityhq

• Check the Countdown on when the season ends (in our Homepage).

• Check the winner when the season ends.

• Claim your $BOSS tokens when the season ends.

• Wait for Season 2 to buy your Nodes and vote for three more investments.
